Hello, Testing and cleaning the injectors. Also I wouldn’t wait on it if you care about your car if those hoses are original it’s a disaster waiting to happen.

Hello, Testing and cleaning the injectors. Also I wouldn’t wait on it if you care about your car if those hoses are original it’s a disaster waiting to happen.
injectors were tested and cleaned. Flows below are at 3 Bar pressure, 60 second duration, 100% duty cycle. Pretested on Saturday, 5/27/2023. Cleaned and retested on Tuesday 5/30/2023.
Average 195.8 cc 202.5 cc increase of 3.4% High 204 207 Low 186 200 Range 18 7 decrease of 61 % Deviation 5.55 % 2.14 % decrease of 61.4 %
Summary..... 11 of 12 injectors improved with cleaning. Flow averages are now within spec, as is deviation. Deviation for a daily or occasional driver vehicle should be between 1-3 %. mine were out of spec and were now good to refit to the rail. I expect to see a slight improvement in fuel mileage as O2 sensor and ECU do fuel adjustments and a slight HP increase.
injectors were refitted with new filters, and new pintle caps and got them refitted to the fuel rail with new hoses.
