Default New radiator for 1996 4.0 2+2

While searching for a new radiator I found they are not common in parts shops here in the US. I did find one company that had a direct fit radiator for the XJS but it was priced at $860.00. I may have mine boiled out if the new ones are that high. Do any of you have experience in the subject?

Tell me About it Rag Jag!

They are a 'Wicked Price' if you buy New, so I would suggest the best thing to do is to take yours out and then have it Re-Cored, which should be about half the price of a new one.

As OB says, go for a recore. It also gives you the option of getting a bigger core fitted.
