I have an issue with my 1992 jaguar xjs convertible headlights? On dim I have nothing, not even fog lights. Which I feel means dimmer switch failure, but earlier in the year I had a problem with the radio, it only would play with headlights on. Could it be the headlight box under the hood? Has anyone ever had this issue?

 

Check out the headlight logic module which is a common failure item.

 

I also had all sorts of light problems on my '92. I took all the relays out 1 by 1 and cleaned the contacts. Now all work fine.
