None of my business, but....
There is a beautiful 90 XJS advertised on eBay as a one of a kind 6.0. It really appears to be a beautiful, well kept car. I sent the seller (a dealer) a note, telling him the car was a 5.3 liter. He sent back a email telling me that they had ran it through CarFax, and Edmonds, and were sure the car was correct. I then informed him, that the only 6.0 I knew of in 1990 was the XJRS, built in conjunction with TWR. The car brought 13K with several active bids, but he did not sell it. It has now been relisted.
I just hate to see somebody stuck with something that isn't what the seller says, or even the seller to get sued over fraud.
Thoughts?
Correction...I just read the re-listing, and he(?) now makes no mention of it being a 6.0

I don't think there's any serious buyer out there who won't sniff out these inconsistencies.
If you're dropping $10,000+ on a car over 25 years old, you will know all about the v12, whether it's a 6.0, a 5.3, a TWR, a Rouge Edition and so on.
There is tons of info easily found online if anyone was even remotely interested.
I think you might get away with it at some local lot, but if you're opening up your sale to the eBay world, then you have to assume that person is savvy enough to do a minimal amount of homework on the car in consideration.
Rest assured, you'll see this on eBay for a long time.

It seems like a nice car cosmetically, but it also seems like the owner isn't too educated about it- and is portraying himself to be, which rubs me the wrong way.
Also not sure about that color.. anyone know if that was factory?

Back in the day it was very common....in the USA, at least.... for dealers to have the wheels chromed. I strongly suspect that's what these are.

Appears to be a dealer specializing in special interest cars. They often try to come off as an authority on every model.
