Default Good quality O2 sensor

I'm getting a FF23 code, bad O2 sensor on my 1993 jaguar. Last summer a non jaguar shop installed a new Delphi sensor. The wiring and sensor both looked like the original sensor, but the ecm is now saying its bad. It really never did run correctly before or after it was installed. So my question is, what is a good quality brand for a O2 sensor for a XJS. I'm willing to spend a little more, but I don't believe I need a $150 sensor, like some I've seen advertised. Any suggestions for a good brand.

I have a 96, so my sensor will be different.

I found that Denso, Bosch and NTK, are all made by NTK. They may have different specs, (God, I hope so, the Denso sensor is over $500!) but they are all stamped with NTK on the body.

That being said, I have found that RockAuto seems to have the best pricing.
