Opions 85 3.6 5 speed
Friends
I have a friend who has found a nice XJS 85 3.6 5speed at a good price, Can anyone tell me what are the pros and cons or anything that can be concerning with this car, Eg electrics, motor gearbox ect.
As most of you know I own a 83 V12 XJS but have had no experience with the 6 cylinder cars.

I'm not aware of any serious negatives.
Any parts that are specific to a 3.6 XJS are probably very hard to find but that's all part of the old car game, right?
Those 5-speed XJSs are generally considered quite desirable. If it's in half-way decent shape or better, I'd be very tempted to snap it up.
