Happens very rarely on random occasions. Dont think its getting caught on anything but dont know. Could it be a fuse? Or as is usual, is it likely something else?

Driver side power window wont go down. Takes a few tries on button and then will go.

 

The switches often give trouble. Loose/dirty connections at back of the switch or dirty/oxidized contacts inside the switch.

Often the switches can be carefully disassembled for cleaning...earlier type easier than later type, it seems to me. A pencil eraser works wonders on the copper contact points.
