Hmm is it possible that there were a lot more of the 2 + 2 convertibles manufactured?

Seeing as there is alot of different numbers?

I remember watching a video where the guy said that there were a lot more of the 2 + 2 models.

Thanks for uploading that spreadsheet! Very helpful.

All facelift convertibles are 2+2s. This just means they have the lovely upholstered "seat" in the back instead of the parcel shelf which earlier pre-facelift convertibles had, before the spec was changed to the "seat". Rest assured, you have a rare car, very few 6 litre facelift convertibles were made; basically because by the mid 1990s owners were far more MPG efficiency conscious, more concerned about maintenance costs, and resale values. In the UK, V12s sold for about 50% of the 6 cylinder cars prices second hand until about 7 years ago.

Ah I see, thanks for the details. It's good to know that the prices have jumped up. This purchase will be a slow process, maybe taking several months as there is a few steps that need to that place along the way.
