It's spring again in Japan, which means cherry blossoms are everywhere. Mostly places it's not easy to take the car, like in the middle of gardens. But there are some by the side of the road. So here's some Jaguar XJS (Xtreme Japan Sakura) pics to take our (my) mind off failing vehicle parts....

Along the riverside



The right rear light has a slightly dodgy connection. A gentle rap on the light was all it took to get it on again. Should be an easy fix--clean the contacts or something. Mostly it's on.


Ultra-wide angles and cars are fun....



I bought the model with the special double-length bonnet....


These lanterns are erected every year for the cherry blossoms.


I thought the headlights of the car behind me made for some interesting shadows.



Driving + long exposure + night = arty abstract blurred photo that looks pretty cool I thought.
