This program procedure worked for me first time. If it fails you can recover one remote by reconnecting the negative cable and clicking one remote five times. (Failure recovery Per Jaguar Security System Brochure, 19K systems.)

1. Ignition Off.
2. Valet switch off. (not sure if necessary)
3. Alarm system off.
4. Disconnect battery negative cable. (Lose radio set up)
5. Wait about one minute.
8. Replace negative cable.
7. Continuous one second system chirp.
8. Press ASAP: one remote five times; for two remotes, press one twice and the other three times. Must always have combination of five presses.
9. Chirping stops
10.Test System

This remote recovery procedure was not in the above site brochure, but by examining the failure procedure this recovery system fell into place.
