I finally managed to find a decent condition rear spoiler that I plan to acquire for my car, but I have yet to find any source for new rubbers for under the posts of the spoiler. If anyone knows how to recreate them or where to find spares please let me know. Any help is appreciated.
Having (only recently!) fitted my spoiler, which was the last kit available from Jaguar many, many years ago, I can tell you that the gaskets are nothing special. They are a closed-cell foam with an adhesive coating one side to adhere them to the spoiler prior to fitting.
So, you can easily make them yourself from a sheet of foam. If I was doing that, I would use a slightly denser foam than the original, which I feel is very slightly too soft. They need to compress as you tighten the nuts on the spoiler mount studs so don't make them too thin. You need to cut then slightly smaller than the foot of the spoiler as shown in my photos below.
If you need the full set of detailed fitting instructions with all the (very!) precise measurements, drop me a PM with your email and I'll send a copy to to you. I presume you know that the factory fitment uses a different radio aerial, a lock shorting wire loom, different boot struts etc etc as shown in pic below?

my toolbox came with extra sheets of drawer lining, i have used it many times for exactly this type of gasket. Use some aerosol contact cement to hold it in place.
have a look around tour garage, there is likely something in there suitable.
