Hi all..
I've taken my rear trim apart to get to the window motor now a few times ....... that now the black plastic water curtain is broken (F#$%k).
Does anyone have a convertible that they are breaking or someone who might have this part ?

is that visible? Can you not epoxy it back together?

 

Not sure. Its a very thin, what looks like vacuum formed plastic.
Would rather have a whole one.

 

I can't seem to find any sources online. How is it cracked? A liberal amount of epoxy or a patch of fiberglass may do the trick. Maybe someone has parts but this doesnt look like something easily replaced.

Fortunately it doesn't necessarily have to be pretty.

 

I might still have them from my 89 convert. Can you send me photo?

Looking at the picture they seem to be the same, just a different part No.
I cant get to the car until next week to take a photo.
