Default Rear windscreen rubber - facelift

I’m trying to find a rubber seal for a ‘94 XJS rear windscreen, the part number is BEC21332.

Anyone managed to find a reliable source?

They are NLA from Jaguar, and your only hope is finding a NOS seal, as no aftermarket seals are available. There are three different seals that will fit the facelift cars:
BEC15907
BEC21332
GHD 9024AA
Any of the three will fit the glass and opening, but only the BEC versions are designed to use stainless surround trim. The very late cars deleted the trim.

BTW, these arent really seals, as the window is bonded in with urethane, not held by the rubber. The rubber just fills the gap.

I have a 1995.25 car without the stainless trim, and after a lot of searching found a BEC15907. It fits perfectly, and works fine without the trim. I got it from Norman Motors in the UK. This link says they still have them. Order quick.

I have a ‘94, and there’s no stainless steel trim, so I’ll try that part number.

Thanks!

Looks like Norman’s motors are out of stock now, if anyone knows where to get them, please reach out.

Yeah, no luck, I didn’t call but they emailed confirming it’s out of stock.

If anyone knows of an alternative, let me know.

Since the seal Isn’t a seal at all, and is just there to cover the unattractiveness of uneven glue, your glass man will have several generic patterns to select from. If you are your glass man… lots of generics available… here’s one… Tintvent Windshield Gasket, Glass Rubber Seal for Car Windshield Small, Truck and Van,13 Feet (4 Meter) https://a.co/d/aizIDY6
