Hi all

i am based in Abu Dhabi, UAE and am looking for reliable parts suppliers with good prices from other countries. I have already kindly been provided with recommendations of parts suppliers from the UK. Are there some North American recommendations too please. Obviously international shipping costs will play a big part but a good starting point is a reliable supplier who has a good range, quick lead times normally and knows these cars well.

Any heads up on US v UK pricing of parts would also be helpful. I’ve been through all of this over the years with my Mercs but am in new territory now...

My experiences are that the USA suppliers buy from the same places as the UK vendors ( usually from UK suppliers) and then add a hefty markup. Particularly anything rubber was twice the price in the USA as compared to the UK.

As a broad generalization, I've found the UK sellers much more willing and able to deal with export orders and usually shipping is much more reasonably priced.

 

I completely forgot about https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic.com/ they must have a private jet to ship as I've ordered and had items shipped from UK to the west coast and in my hand in under 16 hrs.
