Removing electrical fan blades from fan motor?
Hey guys,
I'm tryimg to remove my fan blade from the electrical motor, as it is cracked and I won't accept that.
The little clip at the end was easily removed. I can't see anything else keeping it on. Is it just a push/press fit or have I missed something?
Cheers
Damien

[Foggy memory disclosure]
I think the hub of the fan has a small steel sleeve that likes to rust itself onto to motor shaft.
I recall aerosol rust buster and lots of patience and wiggling.
Cheers

Cheers Doug!
Seems impossible to do. I have already destroyed my "spare" (dead) fan with blade... No way of getting them apart without destroying the thing. I'll try a 3 legged puller next but see no real help in it...
