How do you guys remove the four fan clutch screws when the fan keeps moving? any tips?

 

I used a second wrench...an adjustable one. It allowed me to get enough leverage on the fan to keep it in place as the other bolt loosened.

Another way to do it is to stick some kind of metal bar in between the bolts to prevent it from moving, but ultimately, two wrenches are what worked for me.
