Hi, just a quick one..
How do I get access to replace the bulb behind the seat control buttons on the door. Does it simply pop out or do I remove the door card?

Remove the door card. It will expose a torx screw that holds it in place.

Then you can pop it open and service the lights. They take the small "grain of wheat" bulbs with the blue condoms.

I think you mean bulbs, I think there were two.

I'm sorry but I can't recall what they looked like.

If they were similar to the trip computer, also using blue condoms, then they would be 4mm, hard to come by, except on eBay. Maybe you can order a batch now. Try to find the 14v kind, with just the two tiny wires coming out of the bulb. You either solder them in, or...

They could be like the lights in the A/C Panel, which I believe were 3mm bulbs, easily found at radio shack. Instead of soldering, you pulled them out of a reuseable socket.

I wish I could remember. I do know that 3mm and 5mm bulbs can be found at Radio Shack. 4mm are not easily found.

Be careful with that rubber condom and you can reuse those. I have not found an exact replacement, but have come close on eBay. I'd recommend ordering those too...

search for "4mm grain of wheat" for the bulbs.
search for "grain of wheat cover" for the condom. They only come in 3mm and 5mm.

I've found a seller on Ebay and also have a few similar bulbs that I have left over from fixing an old Pioneer receiver.
