Wont bore you with the details but have 1-2inch slice in rubber front bumper if 89 xjs. Actually where license plate is supposed to go. Now i know it probably doesn't matter and don't think even all the way through rubber and its knife thin,but bothers me simply because its there and not perfect now.

Is there any way to fix absent getting new bumper?

i know how you feel, my car may be headed to the junkyard/recycler, found a ciggarette butt in the rear ash tray.

it has been defiled,and abused, must be no good any more,shame shame.
