I have a place on the beach in Bonita Springs... I heard its warming up within the next day by you and wished I was down there now. Unfortunately, I am currently freezing my butt off in WI.

I can go check on the place for you. especially if it's on the sand and has a firepit.

hottub would be a nice bonus for the wife
