Ok so I started having a squeak a little bit ago and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. It seemed to be worse during tight corners at about 25-40ish mph. I stumbled upon where I think it’s coming from yesterday when I went to clean the windshield and happened to bump the bonnet with the spray bottle! Has anyone else has this? Any fixes?

 

Most of my Jags did that at some stage, and then I became "fussy", and a SMALL spray of a product called INOX (Google might help here) at each oil change. ALL the locks and hinges etc etc.

I want to look into the other lube, but for now i added some silicone spray and some grease and it stopped squeaking! Yay!
