Teflon Viton Valve Seals

Teflon Viton Valve Seals
Does anyone know a source for either Teflon or Viton valve seals. I am thinking of putting them on the exhaust valves which are now without seals.
I plan on putting a small notch in the seal so it will hold oil. Teflon and Viton can withstand high heat unlike the rubber seals that I will probably use on the intake. Manly to keep the cost down, and I dont see teflon or viton necessary on the intake side, unless I'm racing.
I found this link (below) but I am usure if these will work. Research says the valves on my 94 L6 xjs are .502 and these are .500 A small difference, though I am not sure how precise these need to be. I also found that all Jaguar valve seals are the same from 1972 on. I cant believe this is true, it would make things a little easier if it was. Expecially since the xj6 seals are half the price of the xjs on some sites.
