temp sensor FF14 how to find?

Hi I have a 1994 XJSC that I wiped the engine compartment clean today with cloths and when I went to start car I see engine code FF14
where is this located ?? I may have simply bumped the connection. Help!

It's the outer sensor on the thermostat housing at the front left top of the engine
