Default Is there an ABS Pump Relay inside the Cabin?

My 1994 xjs had a brake pump failure not long ago. I replaced it with a used one and Almost immediately I noticed the pump was running when it shouldnt be. Well it didnt take long before the replacement started to leak, so I'm going to replace it yet again with another good used unit. This time I'm not going to use my old accumulator, instead Ill use the one that is attached to the pump I just received. A friend told me to replace the relay inside the cabin, which could be sticking, causing my pump to run continuously. Is he right?

Yes, in the Right Component Panel (inside car, passenger front). Check pg. 10 of this pdf for location and pg 11 for detail:
