Default throttle grommet v12

Is there a trick to installing those hard throttle linkage grommets

Mine popped right in, try heating them up a little and a little lubricant.

I've had some aftermarket bushings that were SO hard I simply could not insert them into the holes at all, even with het and lube. I had to trim 'em a bit....which sorta defets the purpose.

Next time I go with the original material or, more likely, the door hinge bushing substitute mentioned here a year or two ago
