Track Length Different for 1995 and 1996 Model Years?
I was looking up the track widths of the front and rear wheels for the 1996 XJS Convertible, and I was surprised to find that they are different for 1995 and 1996 model years! I assumed they would be identical.

According to this website the front track width for the 1995 MY is 59.4", or 1509mm and the rear is 59.0", or 1499mm.
The 1996 MY is 59.4", 1509mm at both the rear and the front!

Vee,
I'm not sure I'd trust that website at all. I've just looked in my Jaguar drivers handbook for my 1994.75MY AJ16 car and all the measurements quoted are different to that website. And the length of the car, according to my handbook is over 16" longer than quoted by that website.
Cheers

I've noticed over the last couple of years that if you search for some info (particularly on g00gle) that a lot of AI generated nonsense that is designed to work the algorithm to rise in search results, is not about being accurate. It's about getting clicked on.
So if it doesn't seem right, double check with a known source.
