Default Transmission solenoid wire (GMT400)

Alas when installing the engine/transmission I caught the transmission solenoid wire at the transmission end and pulled it. I have the solenoid end connector and little over 2 ft of wire It pulled hard enough to extract it from its protective covering.

I can't find a good answer so I'll ask where does the other end of that wire go? It kind of looks like it goes up into the shifter area?
Thanks!

The 3L80 transmission 'kickdown' solenoid wire on the side of the gearbox goes to the 'full-throttle' micro switch.

That makes sense - what was fooling me is that I already had a green and a yellow/green wire on the full throttle microswitch those go down into the valley into a harness. Suggests my breakage is inaccessible without heroics. Since I will need to rewire the solenoid side anyway...read this post on another forum maybe I go ahead and do this? https://forums.jag-lovers.com/t/xj-s...tment/330927/5

There are 2 wires to the throttle linkage.
One is for the fuel injection and the other is the 'kickdown'.

My understanding please correct if I am wrong!
The microswitch on the pedestal itself is also related to the blue throttle control valve for full-ish throttle enrichment. The second microswitch is part of a mechanism on the throttle cable that only engages when the gas pedal is mashed to the floor and that switch is what engages the transmission solenoid (?).

YES

The micro-switch with the lever arm is on the throttle quadrant pedestal that is for the fuel enrichment.
The cable operated switch goes to the gearbox.
