Hard to find any valid information online on how to do this. So I thought it best to post a thread. Thank you to Paul Sinnot for the instruction manual, of which I will be happy to share should anyone need it.
The spoiler arrived in British Racing green quite damaged. I had repaired and painted for $700 (it’s a lot, but not if you know how much I love my car) These are the two nuts each side has for fixing to trunk lid I had to re-thread the nuts with this tool, as paint and corrosion had ruined them. Re-threading You’ll have to buy a sponge neoprene sheet to cut to size to work as a gasket between the spoiler and the trunk. OEM gaskets are impossible to find. One side of the the neoprene should have adhesive allowing you to properly adhere it to the spoiler Measuring the holes, check to fit. Use painters/masking tape, for writing and drilling to stop bit slippage. Remove outer tail lights and interior carpet molding to reveal interior trunk Drill holes and pray you measured right Pray again you measured right (look below for measurement instructions) Prime with rust inhibiting zinc enriched paint, both inside and out, then paint with colour match finishing spray. Not doing this will cause rust, as primer dries porous Use 1.0 M6 free spinning washer nut. Very difficult find, but these will not gouge your paint when installing. And yes… a spoiler does make this car look even better.

Great job, great pics! I'm so pleased that I was able to help you a little bit with the instructions and measurements.
And having got the instructions out that I sent to you, it's now given me the enthusiasm to finally get a round to fitting my own spoiler!
As I'm doing it with a full Jaguar kit including the revised boot struts, revised radio aerial and spoiler brake light, I'll post a full write-up and pics of those elements also.

You were more than a help Paul. I would not have been able to hazard a guess as to how to properly install this without your guidance.
