Default Webasto or fabric roof

Hi. Has anyone fitted or can recommend or even not reccomend fitting a folding sun roof. My ac is shot and would rather put the cash to sort that into a sunroof. A glass one is not an option though. Mine is a '89 HE by the way.

I've only had a sunroof in one car that I owned, and no matter what I did it leaked. That turned me off of the whole sunroof idea, but I can't say my convertible is any more waterproof!

I was hoping it may eliminate a drumming I get with the windows down my air on is knacked so may spend the money on that instead. I had an x300 which rusted around the sun roof. But it did help keep up the roof lining. Lol
