Default Wheel question about bolt pattern / bore size

Yes I've read the stickies more geared towards tire/wheel combo.. Google is 50/50 split on using 120 vs 120.65

So whats everyone's opinion on this

So factory wheels are 5 x 120.65mm (4.75) bolt pattern with a 73.8mm bore, 32 offset

Would you use or have you used a 5 x 120mm (4.72) bolt pattern with a 76.2mm bore bored out to 73.8mm?

Unless your adding material I don't see how your going to go from a 76.2mm bore (larger) to a 73.8mm bore (smaller)?

Why not use a spacer / adaptor that way you dont have to worry about the bore and PCD differences?
Although you will have more complications with offsets going this route as spacers are typically 20mm min thick. So my understanding is that 32 offset goes to 52 which may limit wheel options.

I plan on modifying the fenders so not worried about going out. Its the inside that have to watch for

OK if you use wobble nuts to take up the 0.65mm difference. Problem solved.
