Can someone send me a pic of where i connect the PLUS charging cable under the hood if a 1989 xjs v12, Thanks

 

There are two positive posts on firewall, one LH and one RH side of transmission tunnel.

 

The best thing is to run a cable from one of the posts to a DIN socket or similar so then you can easily plug in a charger. The firewall posts are very inaccessible for regular use and very easy to short,out while trying to acces them. I bought this nice fused socket and fitted it,



Red wire with extra silicone outer insulater comes from firewall post to DIN socket. The aftermarket socket is actually for a motorcycle application and is reasonably weatherproof.
