Where to find replacement seat heaters?

I have already gone through all of the fuses, switches, relays and grounds. Still no heat from the pads.

I googled "heated seats" and there are a lot of sites that come up. Here's one:

Everyone has that feeling at first. But wait until you get a bad back or your seat is icey cold. You then wish you had them in all cars!
All my cars have had factory heated seats so far... I even use them in summer in my C30... Windows open and seat heating on... Sounds gross but it keeps you a tad warmer when moving.

you probably know this,
but there are four pads, two in each seat, one base and one in the back , the drivers seat is direct feed from a fuse under the steering wheel via the switch and relay , take the seat back off and see if you have power at the multi-plug ?
the passenger seat is slightly different, in that there is a pressure pad in the seat base to stop it working if there isn't anyone sat in it , as i said, the drivers seat is always live as its assumed that the driver is sat in there to switch it on.....
the passenger seat , again , has its own fuse ,
the heating elements are not the most powerful in the world, and can take some time to take the chill off, i have never felt my seat to be ' warm ' just not cold when working
