Default Where the Heck is the Drivers Side Fuse Box on a 1993 XJS?

I have looked high and low for the fuse box on the drivers side interior that controls such things as the "Drivers Seat Heater."

I have located the fuse box on the passenger side of the interior under the dash but can't seem to locate the other.

I have seen it referred to in many electrical diagrams and searches but can't seem to locate the actual box itself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Scrible.
Not sure if yours is a left hand drive or not but (on my right hand drive one) in front of the steering wheel and underneath to the right, about next to the top door hinge there is a bolt, undo this and give the whole panel a firm pull downwards; it is retained by a metal bar that sits in 2 clips on the underside of the dashboard and can be quite stiff.
The whole section underneath the steering wheel should drop down and the driver's side fusebox is in there.
The passenger side does the same but I can't remember if there is a bolt there.

Thank you! I had no idea that panel was hinged. Mine is left hand drive and it is the same.
