Default Why was “Fuchs Renolit JP 1619” included with steering rack boots?

I ordered a set of steering rack boots for my XJS, and it came with a little tube of grease I guess, and the only thing in English on the packaging is “harmful to aquatic life with long lasting affects, avoid release to the environment”. This was included with OEM jaguar part JLM11688, two boots, four clamps and two O-rings. So what is the stuff for? I’ve never needed grease or O-rings before when changing steering rack boots .

Someone packed someone else's order in with yours.

Pay peanuts, get monkeys.
