Default Window is Not Working

I have a 1996 XJS Convertible. After a pleasant Sunday night dinner, my wife got in the passenger side and as we were putting down the windows, something broke and the window no longer operated. The glass was easily moveable manually so we slid the window down and drove home.

This morning I took off the lining on the door and I found what broke. It's a little blue plastic piece that connects the window glass to the regulator.

I've attached photos to make the part more clear.

How can I find a replacement part?

Thank you for any advice/help!

It is the slider from the regulator arm to the bottom of the window. Jaguar did not have any last month when I needed to repair my drivers window. You may have better luck on the east coast. NOTE: The exact same part was used in the mid '90s by Mercedes.

If you can't find one, there is a fix using a screen door / shower door rollers. Let me know if you can't find the blue things.

Oh yea, the failure was probably due to lack of lubrication of the "U" channel.

I did find that it was Part Number GHD1744AA

Should still be available, and they're cheap, so I'll pick up a few spare as well.

What's the lube recommendation? White Lithium Grease??

Could you please post the fix with the rollers from a shower door or screen door.
