I have a 1987 Jaguar XJ-SC, I have been trying to figure out why my windows will not work. I have been looking for the fuse, changed all the fuses with new ones, cleaned the connections at the window switches. Still will not work. Is there some magic switch somewhere. Where are all the fuses, switches and anything else that will help me find why they are not working.

 

From what I can see on the diagram, check the window lift relay and the window lift thermal circuit breaker.

Both sited on the passenger side interior.
