Windshield Washer Fluid Hose Replaced
I spring a leak in my windshield fluid hose and the part number JLM10759 wasn't too helpful in identifying the size so I could have the replacement hose on hand before tearing into it. Hopefully this will help others.
I ended up buying a standard 6'-0" piece of 5/32" windshield washer/vacuum rubber hose from Advance Auto. They were out of the 7/32" which I believe is the correct size, but the 5/32" does work. I'd be surprised if the size of that hose changed at all over the 21 years of production...
You will have to jack up the car, remove the front passenger wheel and remove the Phillips head screws to remove the front plastic wheel well. No hose clamps, just pull off/push on. Very easy and extremely easy to access.
The other end will require you to remove the grill at the windshield wipers. Access is plentiful as well. No clamps needed there either.
