Short answer is NO but many breakers have inventory.
I picked up a 1985 door for my 94 as a stop gap temporary replacement.
After removing the window frame it fit nearly perfectly and was easy to get all the controls to work.
I kept it that way for a couple of years till I could find/afford an exact match.
