Group, is there a fuse that is associated with the drivers side rear quarter window in a 1993 XJS convertible? I am at my wits end on this window being stuck down. Tried new relays, no luck. Don’t have a clue on the planet how to “bang the motor” while engaging the top. I have heard several people say to put the top up and down because it cycled wrong”. Willing to pay for someone to walk me through this issue. Would prefer to have a blown engine than this stupid problem. Help.

Mine was a loose connection to motor. Take off the rear side cover. All you need is a puller and then the cover clips off. You will then have access to everything. The relays on mine are under the storage door in rear as 2 seater. Could try swopping those. I don't think there is a fuse.
