Default xjs right front wheel "tilted"

It has been bothering me for a while so thought I would check with everyone. My right front wheel is tilted out at the bottom, probably about 10 to 15 degrees and looks "funny" when on my lift. The tire does not seem to be wearing oddly, but they are less than 600 miles..... What do you think I could do to correct this ???

thanks,
ken in wild and wonderful WV...... by golly !!!

Check your ball joints and control arm bushings for excessive wear.

Or, even check your front subframe. In some case the subframe rusts out, weakens, beings to sag, and the wheels tip.

Cheers

Do you mean when the wheel is off the floor and not supported by the lift? If so, both wheels should be hanging at the same angle which would be out at the bottom a little due to suspension geometry.

Take it to a tyre shop and get them to do wheel alignment, if the alignment needs adjusting it is a simple fix. If something is worn or damaged they will be able to pin point the problem and give you a solution(quote) to fix the problem.

When it comes to steering and front suspension I always get professional advice before attempting any repair.

Yes, especially because the damage will pass on to the tyres and if set up wrong, the tyres will be bald before you can count to 10.

Finally found a place that could provide an alignment. They did a great job and got the tires back into a "reasonable" resemblance of the specs. The negative camber on the right front did not move completely back to within specs, but is within .25 degrees. The owner indicated that the tires should wear "pretty close to properly". Time will tell !!
Thanks for all of the comments.

If you are within 0.25 degree, you should be good. I suspect something got bent at some point.
