1995 XJS 4.0- starts like a champ in the morn, couple of cranks, fires right up. After it is warm and sits for a bit it is hard to start, have to give it some gas pedal to fire up. Coolant temp sensor checks good, took off throttle body and cleaned, cleaned idle air sensor, throttle position sensor looks good. What other items should I check. Thanks for the help

hard to start when hot
Think I finally got this solved. Replaced fuel pressure regulator, crank position sensor-no change. I was checking the spark plugs and some of them had gas on them. So I pulled my fuel injectors and sent them to Jaguar Fuel Injector Service in Jacksonville, Fl for testing and cleaning. 3 of the injectors had too high a flow rate. After some wheeling and dealing and a great deal of assistance from Jaguar Fuel Injector Service I was able to obtain a set of matched injectors. I put them in today and she runs like a champ. Fixed my hot hard start problem. Many thanks to Dave from Jaguar Fuel Injector Service, he went above and beyond to help me get the injectors I needed. I would highly recommend his service if you need your injectors cleaned.
