I am having trouble linking my Blackberry Storm. I get as close as putting in the 4 number code and then it fails to link.

 

Blackberry's and Jaguars don't mix. You can go to www.jaguar.com and check and see if the phone is compatible with you 07 XK.

 

My Blackberry Curve links up just fine!

 

First time I tried pairing an iPhone with the car I had to delete the other bluetooth connections from my phone (wireless headset and a computer), then pair to the car then re-pair to the other devices. I think looking for the other stuff was confusing the car - might be the same with blackberrys - YMMV

 

My old Blackberry 8100 would never connect to the Jag, even with the "Bluetooth Pairing Helper", but my new 8520 Curve works fine.

 

I have a Bold and it connects with no problem. There's been a couple of software updates to the audio/entertainment system, maybe your dealer can try applying an update?
