On an '07 XK with 18" wheels. Anyone know what the width of the rims are front and rear? Thanks in advance for your help.

 

If you take the wheels off the car, I believe it should be stamped on the inside of one of the spokes.

 

I know. I don't have an XK, I'm getting the info for a friend.

 

I'm not 100% sure its the same on 2007+, but earlier ones were 8" front, 9" rear with 245/45/18 and 255/45/18 tires. Tirerack seems to confirm that the later cars were the same.

 

My tire guy measured the wheels on my'02 xkr and told me they were the same width. Sold me a set of tires I can actually rotate rather than having the stagger. Small price to pay for the (theoretically) extended life of rotatable tires.

 

This source shows that the 07s bumped up the front and rear widths by 0.5 inches over ours -> 8.5" and 9.5" respectively
