I love the interior seats of the Jaguar XK Dynamic R and RS. Often thought it would be great to change. Has anyone out there changed theirs. There was a set for sale some time ago on e-bay but now are removed.

I liked the looks but when I saw them they were only heated and not cooled. Being old I like the cooled seats in the summer,

 

I didn't know about the cooled seats has my 07 that, i thought i had just heated ones.

 

The cooling feature was added sometime between 2008 and 2012.

 

I read somewhere that the one piece seats aren't as comfy for taller people, but I don't know whether that was on a review or on this site. I really like the look of them, though.

 

Just my luck, well i have the widow down most days summer and winter to listen to the exhaust so not a problem

 

Those XKR-S seats are rather nice. I called Jaguar some time ago and go a ridiculous quote for them. I wouldn't mind having a set myself.
I've conducted a lot of research and development in race seats for NASCAR, Off-Road Truck series, Monster truck series and have been quite tempted to toss in a pair of light weight aluminum seats with some nice foam and leather in my car.
