Hello everyone,
I'm considering purchasing an XKR, ( has to be an "R") early next year. I already own a '05 STR. Is there any significant maintenance, reliability or feature issues between the model years? Is there a model year I should stay away from? Just trying to do a little early research so when the time comes, I'll know exactly which XKR to go after. Thanks guys.

 

I would go with a 2008 and up

 

The 2011 model has full maintenance included through Jaguar USA if that is helpful for your decision. Everything is included - brake pads, oil changes, wiper refills - pretty much everything except new tires which mitigates the cost of the vehicle.
