This car could be had for less I'll bet...very low miles considering the year. With the exception of the antenna, there is zero difference between the 07 and 08...this one is on ebay...

To give you some comparisons, I shopped for mine a couple of months ago, although I was only looking at convertibles. The closest I saw to the one you are looking at was a 2007 XKR convertible with about 10,000 miles in graphite at Fields Jeep Chrysler Dodge in Northfield IL. It was offered on Cars.com for $45,995, and it did sell.
Probably the best deal I saw (but only if you like botanical green/caramel) was a 2008 XKR convertible with about 17,000 miles, also on Cars.com, offered by Off Lease Only, Lake Worth FL for $42,999.
