Just wondering what kind of suspension it has, how it's built, etc. Aluminum, steel, etc? How does the ride compare to the XK? I'm planning on buying an XKR but speed is not incredibly important to me. Ride quality is more important.

A friend of mine recently got into a front end collision, wasn't too fast but the wheels got messed up, do you guys think he should be worried about suspension damage?
