I just bought a 2010 XK and the passenger seat heat is not working for me.
Anyone had this problem or have any suggestions to check it out?

Disconnect the battery for a few minutes and see if that solves the problem. I've had a few strange electrical issues (no power to the seat controls on the door, display locking up, display won't turn off, etc. Disconnected the battery and the problems cleared right up. I ended up replacing the battery a few weeks ago and haven't had an issue since.

I got another tip from a forum post about checking the oil level and it was right on. The technology on these cars is amazing, but not without it's quirks!
