Does anyone have the instructions for changing the engine and cabin air filters in a 2015 XK?

If it takes you more than 5 mins you're doing something wrong... so simple even the dealership can do it.

 

The engine filters will take some time.
Remove both front wheels.
Then the wheel well covers.
The filter boxes should be right in front of you.

 

I've never yet taken the front wheels off to change the engine filters (non-R only has one). I just jack one side up, turn the wheel one way to lock. Way more than enough room to undo I think seven fasteners and bend the flexible panel out of the way. Easy-Peasy. Takes about five minutes per side, max.

 

^ He is right it can be done that way if you are dexterous. But I am a perfectionists. And I have 2 filters. So I need both wheels off the ground anyway.
