4.2 and 5.0 XKR's can interchange/swap springs, correct?
I know 98% that the answer is YES, but based on someone from Adamesh stating that they didn't know and were unsure, I thought that I would ask, before spending $430 with shipping.....
I have a 2010 5.0 XKR, but as no one makes lowering springs for anything but the 4.2 XKR's, I will be going with the Adamesh 4.2 XKR lowering springs, as they are 25% stiffer than stock, so they will be close to the OE spring rate of my 5.0 XKR.
So, here is my question just to be 100% sure before I place my order...will the 4.2 XKR springs fit on the 5.0 XKR's?

they are a different part number buddy, as they are not the exact same springs. they are stiffer. that doesn't mean that they won't fit/work though.

Jag lists different part numbers, but Bilstein lists the same shock for 2006-2014 (Europe production years).

Exactly. Plus, I just spoke with Spires and they confirmed that their 4.2 XKR springs fit on the 5.0 XKR (same shocks, just recalibrated). They supply spacers for the front, as the extra roughly 150lbs on the nose of the 5.0 XKR's adds too much drop without the spacers. The spring rate should be ideal too, as their springs for the 4.2 XKR are roughly 25% stiffer than stock, putting them at the same or very similar the OE spring rate in the 5.0 XKR. I will go ahead and order those. Thanks for your input.

I took the chance after I compared a lot of the part numbers between the pre-facelift cars and 2012+ cars and noticed virtually all of the critical suspension parts that house the springs between 2011 and 2012 had the same part numbers.

Spires lists their springs for up to 2011 XKRs. I have a 2012 XKR. But I bought them either way, and they fit like a glove! No issues whatsoever. Handles better, rides virtually the same.
