Either these don't exist on the 5.0 or I can't find it through the search, but does the 5.0 XKR have stock intake baffles or silencers that can be removed? I have read about the mods others have done on the 4.2, so before I assume these don't exist on the 5.0 because I can't find write ups I thought I would inquire here.

Resonators is the proper term and the easiest, best way is to simply replace the intake tubes with aftermarket, I believe Mina Gallery have them, Eventuri and some others.
